2024 Robinson Lions Grant Program Recipients Announced

The Robinson Lions Club 2024 Grant Program was focused on First Responders in the community. Local fire, police, and EMS departments completed applications describing what a Grant would be used for, and why they should be selected as a recipient of a Grant.

The club was thrilled to issue four Grants to the deserving departments who applied. The Forest Grove Volunteer Fire Department will use their grant money to purchase chlorine gas detectors. Robinson Township Volunteer Fire Company #1 Special Services (Groveton) used theirs to purchase new water rescue ropes. The Moon Run Volunteer Fire Department will be purchasing new combustible gas detectors and Robinson EMS will use their Grant to purchase new CPR training mannequins and an AED training device.

The Robinson Lions Club works hard all year on their fundraising efforts to be able to give back to the community through programs like this. Thanks to the generosity and support from the community the club was thrilled to be able to give back to these well deserving first responders!
