Robinson Township Lions Request for Assistance Program

Robinson Township Lions Club’s (RTLC) believes in giving back to the local community where we live and work. By investing in projects and initiatives that support our neighbors, we hope to create a better future for the world we
share. RTLC supports applications for projects that benefit community enhancement, safety & wellness, education, hunger relief and vision programs.

The RTLC Request for Assistance Program is an avenue for residents and/or groups in Robinson Township and the local surrounding communities to apply, and be considered for assistance. The RTLC meets monthly and evaluates each application received. Some examples of assistance that may be requested are:

  • Funds to support community service projects
  • Funds to help support a family or individual who has fallen on hard times
  • Funds to pay for services such as vital home repairs when there is a demonstrated financial need
  • Funds to pay to for handicapped accessible improvements to a home when there is a demonstrated financial need
  • Funds to support families or individuals who have encountered a sudden emergency or a disaster (fire, flood, death of a family member etc.)

Those interested in being considered for a RTLC grant will need to complete the RTLC Request for Assistance Form. The completed form can be emailed to robinsonlions@gmail.com or mailed to PO BOX 15775, Pittsburgh, PA 15244.
